I don't have a password yet, or I have forgotten my password

1map will send an email to your registered email (user name) which you can follow to create or reset the password.

An instructional video guide outlining the necessary steps to follow if you find yourself unable to recall or have mislaid your password.

Click on the “Forgot your Password” link.
An email will be sent to you to allow you to set up your password.
After setting up your password, return to the sign in screen. Enter your user name (email) and password and click “Sign in”.

Notes: Best practice is to choose a password that is a minimum of 8 characters, contains both upper and lowercase characters, numerics and special characters. It is recommended that you change your password to something unique to you.
