You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription online between Lite, Pro and Premium Packages. You can also contact us about other options which are described in this article.
Sign in to your 1map account and choose "Manage my Subscription" on your Dashboard Profile:
Manage your Subscription online
- Upgrade from LITE to PRO or PREMIUM
- Upgrade from PRO to PREMIUM
- Downgrade from Premium to PRO or LITE
- Downgrade from PRO to LITE
Once you decide to upgrade to Pro or Premium, you will be prompted to provide the necessary information for your invoice, select your preferred monthly deduction date, and confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Once you have filled in all the required fields and are satisfied with your choices, simply click on the “Upgrade Now” button located in the bottom right corner. By clicking Continue, you will be directed to a secure screen managed by PayGate, where you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Enter the information and click Pay Now. If you have activated 3D Secure on your bank account, you may encounter an additional verification screen from your bank or credit card provider.

Basic 1map use (Lite Subscription)
Basic use of 1map is free to all users. This includes viewing publicly available cadastre and aerial photography and 1map proprietary data such as the 1map Street Address Database, arguably the most reliable street address point database currently available in South Africa. It also has limited printing, exporting and editing functionality.

Advanced functionality (PRO or PREMIUM Subscription)
To access more advanced functionality, such as full colour printing of up to A0, custom layer importing, extensive exporting, viewing and downloading SG diagrams, etc. you would need to upgrade to the monthly subscription (PRO or PREMIUM) that suits your needs.
